The
Event Handler
Tennis
Coordinators, Team Captains and Tennis Pros of each subdivision
have the ability to post one or several special
events on the community page of their respective Tennis
Communities. The owner of the event can author a detailed
description of the event along with a headline that is viewed
by all the visitors to the Community Section
of the web site. Upon clicking on the headline the visitor
can read the detailed description of the event. When finished
the visitor can click on the "Sign-Up" button
thus becoming a participant of the event. A confirmation
will be emailed immediately to the visitor detailing what
the event entails. The user can come back at any time and
resign from the event, which will generate another email
confirming the action taken. A special email system was
designed for the owner of the event to communicate with
individuals or the entire group all at one time if desired.
The email editor offers all the font and styles along with
emoticons and other email features found only on extremely
expensive email editor systems.
